We hope your jewelry purchase has exceeded your expectations. However, if you would prefer an exchange or refund, you may return your item within 10 days of its shipment for a Full Refund, less shipping fees. Or exchange it within 15 days.

All jewelry at Cubicjewelry.com will have 25% restocking fee. Excludes the our cubic zirconia EARRINGS. By shopping this website. You agree with the terms and conditions.

We must have the merchandise back within 10 days for full refund starting the calendar day you receive the jewelry, or within 15 days for an exchange.

Also pick your center stone from .50 carat to 6 carat any 7 shapes .

All jewelry also available in solid platinum 950 or 18 karat gold and Sterling 925 Silver.

Our ladies and men's rings are available in 1/4 and 1/2 sizes from 3 to 15.

Restocking Fees of 25% will apply to the following conditions:
Items not returned in brand new, saleable condition and/or show signs of any wear.

Since each ring is custom made, We offer free exchange policy. If you decide to return it please be aware all gold rings will have 25% restocking fee.

All Gold orders will qualify one time exchange and there will be no refund after exchange.

All Special orders are none refundable. We do not guarantee the timing of your special order even if in written or typed contract.  All orders can be canceled by Cubicjewelry.com anytime without any permission.

6:RMA issued Packages must be received within 10 day return period. Otherwise 20% restocking fee will apply on your return authorized merchandise. All packages without RMA will be refused.

No refund will be issued after 10 days of original purchase.

We have the right to Cancel, Refuse Service, Not Process any order without any permission. By Making a purchase from this site via email, online, or on the phone YOU AGREE WITH THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Refunds will only be credited in the same manner as the original payment. For credit card purchases, the refunds will be posted to the original card that was used for the purchase. No exceptions. Refunds are generally issued in 5 to 10 business days.

Accepting Returns
We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on all jewelry. Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, (unless engraved incorrectly by CubicJewelry), or altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. If a piece engraved by CubicJewelry was not engraved with the letters specified in your order, we will send you a new item engraved with the correct letters. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation, as specified below.

Exchanging Your Order
Exchanges are simple. You can return your jewelry item within 15 days of shipment , to exchange it for another jewelry same amount or more. For a store credit we will issue you credit for the price of the item (minus any additional shipping upgrades you may have purchased). You can apply this credit to the purchase of any other selection of your choice. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.Please note exchanges 1 time only. After exchange there will be no refunds. Shipping charge will apply for all exchanges. All jewelry must be exchanged for jewelry only.

Returning Your Order
CubicJewelry merchandise is very valuable and requires that we take special precautions in shipment. To return a jewelry item to CubicJewelry, follow the checklist below: Shipping Fees are Non Refundable.

1. Call or email CubicJewelry customer service at RMA@CubicJewelry.com or
2. CONTACT USfor a Return Authorization Code. 
   
   
3. secure your jewelry inside the original jewel box or bag. Fill out the reverse form.
   Make sure to include all packaging, including any protective wrapping.
   Place it all inside a small cardboard shipping box, and secure it.
   A return box may have been included in your original package. You can also use a box from you local Post Office. Paper mailing tape is required so that ink stamps will print on your package.
   
   
4. Write your Return Authorization Code on the back of the invoice that came with your Packing Slip. If you do not have a Returns Label, just write the Return Authorization Code on the box next to the shipping address. All packages returned without (RMA) Return Authorization Number will be refused or returned back to sender.

6. Ship the item by registered U.S. mail, fully insured for the value of the item.
   Please request a return receipt for your records. (Note: FedEx® will not insure valuable jewelry.)

We will notify you once we've received and processed your returned item. If you request a refund, your account will be credited within three days of this notification. Refund will appear on your next statement. (Please note that any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured returns will be returned to sender.)
